giddyup

Last year, we saw Brooks & Dunn on base. We paid good money for our tickets.  It's general admission, and we ended up on the grass behind a bunch of chairs (we just had a blanket), we couldn't take any food or drink in with us and we were surrounded by rowdy (um, rowdy = drunk) cowboys.

This year, when we heard Toby Keith was coming, we got smart.  We scored "private" seating, all of the refreshments you can pack in,  an perfect view, and good company.
And the cost?  Ah, that's my little secret.
Ryan and Joan joined us on our little adventure.
Um, is that a semi behind us?  Why, yes it is!
There's the man, (he's the little white speck towards the right), don't mind the uh, fence in the foreground!

It was so much fun.  I'm glad our little "plan" worked out!  If you want to join us next year, put in your reservation early, seating in our section is limited!

PS- we spotted this in the parking lot before the concert.
It reminded us of the days we would park my corolla under Eric's truck.
